I’m very surprised at the high ratings this hotel has. Let start off with the rooms smell bad (at least our room did) I know it’s an energy saver but all electricity shuts off when you leave the room so after a hot day outside you come into a hot and humid room. I will add that the AC works great and fast so you don’t have to deal with that long. We supposedly got a “cliff view” but in order to see the cliff you had to stick your head out of the balcony and look left. When asked about it to the front desk staff they kindly insisted it was a cliff view. I mean whatever we paid $30 a night we aren’t gonna argue it. But just know it’s not a cliff view. We asked for our beds to be together but that didn’t happen (not a big deal we did it ourselves) Our room looked dirty and they were stains on the curtains. It just made me wonder how clean everything else really was including our bed sheets. The outside/backyard area is very pretty. Breakfast was included and not bad we got to eat outside in the garden. It is however close to a great strip for shopping and there is wonderful food near by (we recommend curry palace) I would would recommend it IF you’re on a budget trip, but this is definitely not a 4+ star hotel at all.

The hotel was okay for its price, but seemed a bit forgotten and old like from the 90s. So if you’re looking for something fancy this is not a place for you, but still a good and affordable choice, 25 minutes walk from the city centre which is really good considering the bad and crowded tourism (humble opinion) of that area. The pool is very small and not what it seems on the photos. Stuff is friendly and the breakfast was just okay. Last, but not least the owners of this hotel should really consider having AC units working in the reception and the hallways the equipment exist. Well, there was 36° outside.

Hotel is much more old/dated in real life. 12 minute walk to the main strip. Beds were on the hard side but we liked that. No English tv channels. Make sure to negotiate the tours if you book directly with the hotel. On the plus side the …

The hotel experience of 3 nights has been filled with various goods and bads. (1) Best part about the hotel is its location, view from the room and swimming pool, and room quality. (2) Room was excellent. From balcony you can see only beautiful mountains. Balcony was also small yet neat and tidy. (3) Also it’s just 1.5 km from Ao Nang beach and somehow in a peaceful area. (4) Garden was also beautiful and well maintained. However various things may be improved by the hotel like (1) they provide only 2 water bottles (500 ml each) for every room per day, over which you have to pay 20 Baht for every bottle. Is it feasible for a person to depend on 500 ml water a day? I found this a very costly and unethical affair. (2) the breakfast buffet was good to look at but bad to eat. The breads were stale, fruits almost rotten and rest of the items were just so so, really not expected from a highly rated hotel. (3) their odd policy would not let you check in even an hour before scheduled time even if the room is ready, this is also an unfair practice and should be corrected. Overall a so-so experience, averaging all the factors. May be recommended.

Sorry! The best about this hotel is that it’s located in a quiet area. The pool area is very small. To get no 2 room key there is a deposit of 500 THB? The hotel is old. Sometimes it’s smell like earth ore old moisture wood, madras’s is hard as a rock, the breakfast is not the most inspiring ☹️

A lovely 4 night stay. Breakfast was the highlight with an open buffet. Our room was great, with built in aircon and lovely views from the balcony though the room is a little dated compared to pictures online. The rooms were not soundproofed we were put in a room that had doors opening into another room which meant it got noisy at night when the other people were talking as well as slamming doors. The swimming pool are was nice with great views of the mountains however there was an electricity wire directly in front of the pool which hindered the view. We found that booking any tours or transport was a rip off through the hotel for example a group day trip to the 4 islands was 2000 baht each however at the pier you can get a private boat for 2200 baht. Despite the points mentioned, we had a great stay and would visit again.

We are very happy with our stay! We were especially impressed by the staff and how friendly and helpful everyone was. The rooms are clean and spacious and the hotel is located within walking distance of the beach. We have nothing to complain about :)

We have loved everything about our stay at the Andaman Breeze. When you arrive they offer you a drink, the rooms are really clean, beds are comfortable, it’s spacious and you have a little balcony. The pool area is also amazing. The view of the mountains are from out of this world, but Noor - working at the pool bar - you are a star! Made us feel completely at home and accommodated all of our needs. It was such a pleasure to stay at this hotel.

Happy with the hotel cleanliness, unfortunately they didn't have bathrobes which normally I would appreciate. Hotel staff were lovely. On the downside, it was awful to see birds in small cages around the resort , I was very tempted to let them go and fish in very small, shallow pond which is totally inadequate for them. Very cruel and sad to see.
